Lumanest offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a return, email info@trylumanest.shop within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. We’ll email you a return QR code and step-by-step instructions.

Please return the orb with its included accessories and remove your personal photos and videos before sending it back. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We’ll explain how to pay the return postage when we send your QR code.

Once we receive your return, we’ll review it and email you about your refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@trylumanest.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll explain the available remedy and return arrangements. Your rights under applicable consumer law still apply.
